#MERIDIONALTHEATER@ GOA - STORIES IN TRAVEL is the new creation of the Meridional Theater, constructed from stories, poetry, and excerpts of novels by different authors, written at different moments in the history of Goa, Daman, and Diu. Starting from a research work that begins in literature and expands to music, movement, and the plastic and sensory dimension, the performance seeks the historical, geographical, and human universe of these territories — where Portuguese was spoken, and still is spoken residually today. This is a meeting between Portugal and its own history.
