André Hernan reported that Marcelo Paz was summoned to a last-minute meeting, where he was informed of his dismissal. According to the journalist, the decision occurred quickly and surprised people in the Football Department when announced in an official club statement. Hernan added that, for those who worked with Paz, the dismissal did not make sense at that moment, after he had led the arrival of Seedorf. A source interviewed by the journalist assessed that, if the intention was to distance him, it should have occurred when Diniz was fired. #Futebol #Demissão #MarceloPaz (translated)
