On February 18, at the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi, Sarvam AI unveiled five open-weight models. The flagship, Sarvam-105B, is a 105-billion-parameter mixture-of-experts model trained from scratch on Indian infrastructure, using over a thousand H100 GPUs at Yotta's Shakti cluster.
