The reality is that when we see what is happening in Aragón and compare it with the closure of several plants in Europe, we realize that we have taken advantage of the opportunity. We are very proud that Aragón is at the forefront of the industrial restructuring of the automotive sector. It's not just the plant; it's the ecosystem that is generated around it, with projects in Mallén, Pedrola, and Borja. All of that ecosystem, which was already good news, is added to the announcement of the production of the B05 model. #Leapmotor #Zaragoza #Automoción (translated)

Gustavo Petro stated that the rice model proposed by Abelardo and his minister would exacerbate the problems faced by producers. He claimed that the sector was dominated by a monopsony comprised of three milling companies that bought rice cheaply from farmers and sold it at high prices to consumers, who ended up purchasing imported rice. According to Petro, Abelardo's proposal would strengthen that buying power. As an alternative, he suggested that producers form associations and become co-owners of mills to increase their incomes and sell at lower prices compared to smuggling. He also mentioned that during his government, the hectares planted with rice reached three times those dedicated to coca leaf: the former increased while the latter decreased. https://t.co/kYYk3p9Law #Agricultura #Monopsonio #ProductoresAgrarios (translated)
