The secretary of state responsible for food security, Silvio Erkens, did not want to make a call to households to prepare for a food shortage in just over a week, arguing that many people already do not have supplies for three days. A banal but quite fundamental problem, which Erkens himself mentioned: the automatic doors then do not open anymore. Erkens warns that if you set up something big for all eventualities, the costs are high. #Voedselzekerheid #Samenredzaamheid #Voorbereiding (translated)
