The choice of the Administration in Mortara to serve a different menu to children from families with over €150 in back payments for the school meals, so that they themselves notice the difference and talk about it at home, is profoundly wrong. The debt belongs to the parents, not the children. One cannot turn a child into a means of pressure nor expose them in front of their peers for a responsibility that does not belong to them. The school meal is also about socialization and educating coexistence. The superior interest of the minor and the principle of non-discrimination must come before everything, even when a measure technically “works.” If, as stated by the mayor, many unpaid payments were simply forgetfulness, the problem could have been addressed directly with the adults. The tools exist: reminders, installment payments, debt recovery, and involving social services when necessary. These are tools directed at those who actually have the debt, namely the parents. We supported the civic list Farina Sindaco precisely for the spirit of renewal with which it presented itself. We hope that this same spirit continues to guide the choices of the administration, without reproducing methods and logics of a politics that does not represent us. We hope that the Municipality withdraws the measure and puts the protection of children back at the center, without involving them in the economic responsibilities of adults. (translated)

Instead, according to what I have been told, my fault would be having been in favor of vaccines during the pandemic. But evidently, someone knows very little about my positions. On closures, for example, I have been among the most critical voices from the beginning and one of the few to openly oppose generalized lockdowns. So before attacking, it would be useful to study. I am particularly sorry that a political force that wants to represent the Italian right could think of gaining consensus by winking at the most radically no-vax and conspiracy-minded part of the electorate, even going so far as to question the participation of a doctor and researcher at a meeting on science. Science does not need permission from parties. And it is not afraid of uncomfortable questions. It needs data, debate, and the freedom to discuss. For this reason, I hope it was an initiative from the Foligno committee of Futuro Nazionale and does not represent Vannacci's position. Because otherwise, the question becomes inevitable: why be afraid of confronting a scientist? If you have arguments, you discuss. If you do not have arguments, you try to prevent the other from speaking. I will, however, talk about antibiotic resistance in Foligno and invite Vannacci's followers to participate because they will learn something on such a delicate topic. A very good George #Russell wins the #AzerbaijanGP with full merit. The technical responses of the race were clear and simple: - Super power/drag sensitive track, a deadly combination for #Mercedes, practically unbeatable. #Antonelli recovers well but didn't have as much as his teammate. Baku doesn't reward very specific driving styles for these cars/PU and the more traditional drivers stood out. Among the reasons is the abundance of energy that regenerates in all braking zones and allows for a more normal pace. - ZERO degradation, third race in a row where the entire GP is completed without a pit stop. It becomes solely a pure performance race, as if it were always qualifying, and Mercedes flies even more, while those who manage the tires well (look at the Maranello team) can do nothing. - All the corners being the same makes it very easy to hide balance aero issues: #RedBull finds the perfect setup and flies through the corners, then goes very fast on the straights with good Ford PU and a car designed with minimal drag. Great race by #Verstappen, but an outstanding comeback race by #Hadjar. - The "simplicity" of finding the setup compacted the group, with much smaller deltas than usual between the front group and midfield (apart from Mercedes). - #McLaren had potential to be the third force, but not much different from #Ferrari, struggling with braking and a balance that is still to be understood with enormous updates. The long runs of #Norris and #Piastri come from there, but they are still not perfect drivers (and then Lando gets overwhelmed by Colapinto, ending there). - #Ferrari literally does what it can: the balance was good in the end, but there’s a huge elephant in the room, which is the engine that was a tremendous handicap on this track. It's hard to judge the rest if you're missing so much power when at every corner you start from under 100 km/h and then stay at full throttle for 2 km... Nice race by #Leclerc, holding onto P4, Lewis still competitive but with a different setup that didn’t serve him due to the absence of degradation. The #SF26 couldn't exploit the wide window because all the corners were the same and tire management was non-existent... The engine isn't working so it's already a miracle that they finished P4 and P6 with the self-elimination of the McLarens. Right now it's hard to see a way out for this year, except with an aero leap in Austin with the new package, but even if the load increases, there's no thrust and it's tough to use it...
