🇫🇷🇹🇩 FLASH | La France revient militairement au Tchad. Les deux pays restaurent leur coopération militaire, près de 18 mois après la rupture de leur partenariat et le départ d’environ 1 000 soldats français, mettant alors fin à 65 ans de présence militaire française dans le pays. Sans réinstaller de base permanente, des militaires français participent depuis avril à la formation des forces tchadiennes, au renseignement et au soutien aérien.
