Η υπόθεση είναι η εξής: Στις 6 Ιανουαρίου 2010, ο Paul Chambers, που σχεδίαζε να πετάξει στη Βόρεια Ιρλανδία για να συναντήσει την κοπέλα του βρήκε το αεροδρόμιο Robin Hood στο Νότιο Γιορκσάιρ κλειστό λόγω ψυχρού καιρού. Έγραψε λοιπόν στο Twitter: "Crap! Robin Hood airport is closed. You've got a week and a bit to get your shit together otherwise I'm blowing the airport sky high!!" Στις 10 Μαΐου, κρίθηκε ένοχος και του επιβλήθηκε πρόστιμο 385 λιρών συν 600 λίρες για τα δικαστικά έξοδα. Ως συνέπεια, έχασε τη δουλειά του σε μια εταιρεία ανταλλακτικών αυτοκινήτων. En de wetenschappers van de militaire academie al op de hoogte waren van de uitbraak! En dan klopt het dus ook dat de ontwikkeling van het vaccin inderdaad niet klopte en dat de periode voor het patent veel te kort was om alle noodzakelijke werk te doen. Ook dat klopt dus! Dan had Robert Kadlec dus inderdaad gelijk dat de eerste patiënten uit het militaire hospitaal in Wuhan kwamen en daar waarschijnlijk deelnamen een een vaccinatietrial. Maar niet aan een trial met een vaccin tegen het influenza H7N9 virus, maar tegen SARS-CoV-2. En de batchnummers voor die deelnemers werden al begin december 2019 aangemaakt.
