When it rained so heavily, it was requested not to leave the municipal pavilion. It seems that there were people who decided to go out despite the rain, and they attempted to cross the stream when 60 liters fell in 40 minutes. Fernández has reported that both the municipality of Cabrera and Malgrat mourn the loss and will decree official mourning and hold a minute of silence in both municipalities this Monday. #CabreradeMar #lluviasintensas #lutooficial (translated)
