❗REVIZIJSKO POROČILO: RESNE NEPRAVILNOSTI PRI PORABI PRORAČUNA 2025 Računsko sodišče je pravilnosti izvrševanja državnega proračuna izreklo le mnenje s pridržkom. Med najresnejšimi ugotovitvami so: •📌Vlada je porabila 2,049 milijarde evrov denarnih sredstev – kar 1,449 milijarde več, kot je dovoljeval sprejeti proračun. S tem je porabila 44,1 % denarne rezerve z začetka leta in kršila proračun, ki ga je sprejel Državni zbor. • 📌Pri železniški postaji Nova Gorica je bila sklenjena pogodba za 50,7 milijona evrov, čeprav je bilo zagotovljenih za 2,4 milijona evrov premalo sredstev. •📌 Pri naročilu sistemov za zaznavanje nepravilnosti na vlakih je bila sprejeta ponudba v višini 31,5 milijona evrov brez DDV, čeprav je bila razpisna omejitev 20,3 milijona evrov. • 📌Ministrstvo za obrambo je prevzelo 87 milijonov evrov obveznosti za nakup sistemov Caesar brez zahtevanega soglasja Vlade. Zgolj seznanitev Vlade po ugotovitvi Računskega sodišča ni soglasje. •📌 Ministrstvo za zdravje je ZZZS nakazalo 140 milijonov evrov brez pisne pogodbe, zahtevek pa ni določal niti konkretnih pravic, ki naj bi se financirale, niti ni vseboval ustreznih dokazil. •📌 Ministrstvo za vzgojo in izobraževanje je brez ustrezne zakonske podlage izplačalo skupaj 8,84 milijona evrov za interesne dejavnosti in učno pomoč. Na enako nepravilnost Računsko sodišče opozarja že od leta 2016. 👉To niso politične ocene, temveč uradne ugotovitve Računskega sodišča. Vlada vseh nepravilnosti med revizijo ni odpravila, zato mora v 90 dneh predložiti odzivno poročilo in dokazila o popravljalnih ukrepih.❗ 🔥Pri milijardah javnega denarja površnost, netransparentnost in ignoriranje zakonov niso sprejemljivi.🔥 #HVALABOGUDANIVEČSVOBODA #proračun #revizija #transparentnost
