The renovation is necessary to preserve this building and this world-renowned collection in a responsible manner for visitors, staff, and future generations. In the spirit of the agreements between the Dutch state and the founder of the museum, ir. dr. V.W. van Gogh, we have reached an agreement with the ministry, for which I am grateful. Gordenker responds happily to the outcome. #VanGoghMuseum #Renovatie #Cultuurbeleid (translated)
