Morte civile sembra un’iperbole ma non lo è perché chi è sanzionato dagli Usa non è più indipendente. Ho due figli minorenni e se fossi da sola non sarei capace di provvedere ad alcuna delle loro spese, è gravissimo che le banche nonostante siano obbligate per una direttiva europea ad aprire un conto in Europa a chi è cittadino o residente in Europa non lo fanno perché sono tra l’incudine e il martello perché rischiano di essere sanzionate dal sistema americano.
