Rafael Viegas

Rafael Rodrigues Viegas highlighted the importance of the work of journalists from The Intercept Brasil and the magazine piauí. He stated that investigating people with money and power required the freedom to go against interests and that supporting this work was defending the right to know information that powerful people would prefer to keep hidden. #Jornalismo #LiberdadeDeImprensa #Investigação (translated)

Rafael Rodrigues Viegas stated that Globo's newscasts did not mention, that morning, the court decision that determined Zema's inclusion in the canceled debate. According to him, the programs heard Cury, Zema, Caiado, and Flávio, who would have withdrawn out of fear of Renan, and gave space to criticisms of the Judiciary, but did not hear Renan or Lula.
