Srbija ne može vjerodostojno tvrditi da je članstvo u EU strateški cilj dok kontinuirano potkopava demokratske standarde, zanemaruje ključne reforme i preporuke o izbornom integritetu te se ne usklađuje s vanjskom i sigurnosnom politikom EU.
