Yesterday, we all saw the video of Kostiantyn Vlasenko, a Ukrainian Defender from the 30th Brigade, being evacuated by drone from a position on the left bank of the Oskil River in the Kupiansk sector, Kharkiv region. I was deeply impacted by the video and his interview.

Russia is intensifying its attacks on Ukraine’s export routes. Its aggression in the Black Sea make it harder to put food on people’s plates across the world. A Black Sea freedom of navigation arrangement would protect lives and vital supplies. Ukraine has proposed it. Russia has rejected it.

Baby Anhelina and her mom Inna were killed by Russia yesterday. Anhelina was just over a year old. Her mom, Inna Mariukhna, was a primary school teacher. They were in the park in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv region, when a Russian drone attacked. Little Anhelina was killed in her stroller.
