Food for thought! The biggest problem that AI engines cause is not the potential for unemployment and superintelligence. The biggest problem is the excessive capital, data center facilities, compute power, energy and water resources it requires to become useful. This problem will become more intense as the AI infrastructure and structure is being developed. The basic nature of this problem is the LLM technology is being used to build AI data training and inference. The answer is to offer AI services with a different technology that minimizes this burden of excessive capital, data center facilities, compute power, energy and water resources.
