Εταιρεία έπεσε θύμα phishing, με αποτέλεσμα οι δράστες να κάνουν 13 διαδοχικές μεταφορές ύψους 100.300€ μέσα σε μόλις 20 λεπτά. Η τράπεζα αρνιόταν να αποζημιώσει το θύμα. Το Δικαστήριο αποφάσισε: 1. Δεν υπήρξε βαριά αμέλεια του χρήστη, καθώς οι μέθοδοι phishing είναι εξαιρετικά παραπλανητικές και οι τράπεζες οφείλουν να προστατεύουν τους πελάτες τους. 2. Το σύστημά της τράπεζας όφειλε να εντοπίσει ως ύποπτες 13 αλλεπάλληλες μεταφορές χρημάτων μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά και να τις μπλοκάρει. 3. Η τράπεζα υποχρεώθηκε να επιστρέψει 100.250€ με τόκους + 4.000€ για ηθική βλάβη λόγω πλήγματος στη φήμη της εταιρείας! Μην δέχεστε παθητικά τη ζημιά.
