I don't know what Prime Minister Rumen Radev was having fun with during his hearing in the National Assembly yesterday. Daniel Mitov also stated that if GERB were in power at the moment, they would gather all leaders in Varna and on the second or third day, Article 4 of the NATO agreement would be invoked. #Русия #дронове #ГЕРБ (translated)

Shortly after 01:00, a signal was reported for drone attacks first from the ship that sank near Krapets. This is the ship "HS DIGNITY," sailing under the flag of Guinea-Bissau. Subsequently, at 1:28 AM, a distress signal was sent from the ship "Chelsea 3," which was 17 miles from Varna. A border patrol boat responded to the second signal and assisted the people in evacuating. The first ship sank very quickly, indicating a powerful attack with surface drones. Out of a 16-member crew, 6 people were found and rescued, while the others are being searched for. The crew on the "Chelsea 3" consisted of 16 Ukrainians and Azerbaijanis, sailing under the flag of Malta and owned by Ukraine. "What can be said, however, is that the situation is somewhat different. It makes no sense for the Ukrainians to attack their own ships. In this situation, the expectation is that the drones are from the Russian side," said Stoyanov. #ЧерноМоре #дронове #България (translated)

The freedom of navigation and the security of the supply chain are seriously threatened, generating significant risk for our country. The escalation of the war has led to an increase in incidents near the Bulgarian coast, turning the Black Sea into a military zone. Last night, two commercial ships were again attacked in the adjacent zone of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Black Sea. The ship "CHELSEA 3," flying the Maltese flag, was hit by three drones 17 nautical miles east of the city of Varna, while the ship "HS Dignity," flying the flag of Guinea-Bissau, was sunk 15 nautical miles east of Krapets. Following the swift response of the Maritime Coordination Rescue Center in Varna, the entire crew of the first ship was rescued, as well as sailors from the second ship. All efforts of the Bulgarian state, with the participation of the Armed Forces, Border Police, and the Executive Agency "Maritime Administration," are directed towards searching and rescuing survivors. This was stated by President Iliyana Yotova after the attacks in the past hours. #ЧерноМоре #международноправо #сигурностнакорабоплаването (translated)
