Съдът разреши запор на банковите сметки на дружеството, което оперира „Капитолия“, запор на автомобилите в имота и запечатване на обекта със спиране на търговската дейност. Мерките обезпечават бъдещ иск на Столична община за 142 044 евро за неправомерно ползване на общинския терен. Това е поредната стъпка в един дълъг казус. През 2025 г. съдът окончателно потвърди заповедта за премахване на незаконните конструкции и ние я изпълнихме. През юли тази година беше направен опит да бъдат премахнати огражденията около обекта. Съдът отхвърли това искане и потвърди правното основание за действията ни. Близо три десетилетия криворазбран преход и безконтролно разпореждане с апетитни имоти оставиха на София десетки тежки казуси. Днес разплитането на това „наследство“ изисква време, съдебни битки и много упоритост. „Капитолия“ е един от тях. И няма да се откажем от нито един имот, за който имаме основание да защитим правото на София и на софиянци. Така действахме с незаконния палат край язовир „Искър“, с незаконната постройка край езерото в Борисовата градина, с незаконния обект, който пречеше на изграждането на бул. „Тодор Каблешков“, с десетки незаконни сметища и с други по-малко видими, но също толкова незаконни случаи. Всеки от тези казуси е различен, но принципът е един: общинската собственост принадлежи на софиянци и ще я защитаваме докрай. #София #справедливост #общественинтерес
