UNA SOLA VENTANILLA PARA LOS ALIMENTOS. Hoy se publicó el Decreto 697/2026, con firma de @JMilei, @diegosantilli, @LuisCaputoAR y @Mariolugones_ar, el primero de una serie que ordena el sistema de control de alimentos argentino. Hasta ayer, un mismo alimento caía en una autoridad o en otra (o en ambas) según su origen: vegetal, animal, aceites, lácteos. Así se acumulaban múltiples registros con inspecciones y criterios distintos. Ahora los trámites de alimentos se unifican en el SENASA: un solo registro de productos y establecimientos, una sola base de datos, una sola puerta (aunque los criterios sanitarios siguen en el Ministerio de Salud). Y las habilitaciones vigentes siguen valiendo: nadie tiene que reinscribirse. Dos absurdos más que caen con este Decreto: * Un aditivo, un coadyuvante de tecnología o un ingrediente aprobado en Estados Unidos o Europa (técnicamente en países de alta vigilancia) no lo podía usar la industria nacional hasta incorporarlo al Código Alimentario. Pero el producto terminado hecho en el exterior con ese mismo insumo entraba sin problema (Decreto 35/25). Ahora queda todo incluido en el regimen de alta vigilancia resolviendo un desequilibrio entre importación y producción. * El carnet de manipulación de alimentos ya no vence. Un mozo, un cocinero, un empleado de panadería lo saca una vez no necesitará renovarlo (y pagarlo) nunca más. Nada de esto baja un solo estándar sanitario: las prohibiciones y los límites máximos del Código Alimentario siguen plenamente vigentes.VLLC!
