De regering sloeg de gewone internetconsultatie over, kreeg waarschuwingen dat handhaving nauwelijks uitvoerbaar is en onderzocht niet eens wat de boycot doet met palestijnse werknemers die van deze bedrijven afhankelijk zijn.
