JUSTIÇA REJEITA PEDIDO DA DEFESA DE ARMANDO MENDONÇA PARA AFASTAR PROMOTOR CÁSSIO CONSERINO‼️ A Justiça rejeitou a exceção de suspeição apresentada pela defesa de Armando Mendonça contra o promotor de Justiça Cássio Roberto Conserino, mantendo o integrante do Ministério Público no caso. A decisão foi registrada no sistema do Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo na noite desta quarta-feira (26). Segundo o despacho, o pedido foi rejeitado por “ausência de demonstração concreta” da hipótese de suspeição prevista no artigo 254, inciso VI, do Código de Processo Penal, e no artigo 145, inciso IV, do Código de Processo Civil. Na decisão, o magistrado entendeu que os argumentos apresentados pela defesa não foram suficientes para justificar o afastamento de Conserino da atuação no processo. Além de rejeitar a exceção de suspeição, a Justiça determinou uma providência relacionada à preservação da imagem e da privacidade de terceiros. A serventia foi orientada a realizar a imediata tarja de uma fotografia que consta na folha 1378, com a devida certificação nos autos. O despacho também determina que o processo tenha andamento com urgência. Como ainda não havia sido expedido o mandado de citação do acusado, a Justiça determinou que ele seja expedido “com urgência”. Após a citação, deverão ser apresentadas as conclusões para análise da resposta à acusação apresentada nas folhas 1216/1252. A decisão foi remetida ao Diário da Justiça Eletrônico, com o registro do ato sob a relação nº 0701/2026.
