Förstörelsegraden för dessa ligger mellan 30 och 70 %. Dessa bostäder är samtliga belägna i perifera områden. Byns centrum har inte påverkats." Franska myndigheter har uppgett att minst en av bränderna som drabbade Correns var anlagd. En 23-årig man har erkänt att han startade just den branden. Även den stora återuppblossningen utreds med misstanke om att den var anlagd. Correns borgmästare har i en intervju kallat avsiktligt anlagda skogsbränder för terrorism.
