🇪🇦 CEUTA, LA LÍNEA DE FRENTE: CUANDO EL ESTADO ABANDONA A QUIENES SOSTIENEN EL DIQUE Sobre el asfalto ardiente de Ceuta, los uniformes ya no son más que siluetas de impotencia. Mientras las olas de una inmigración desesperada rompen por miles en las costas de este enclave español, quienes se supone que deben mantener la línea viven un descenso a los infiernos cotidiano. El espectáculo es abrumador: policías nacionales y guardias civiles reducidos a observar, impotentes, flujos humanos que se les ordena contener sin darles los medios para hacerlo. UNA QUIEBRA INSTITUCIONAL TOTAL El verdadero drama que se juega aquí no es solo humanitario: es el de un colapso institucional completo. Los agentes describen un caos operacional permanente. Las órdenes caen, se contradicen, se anulan. Un día es la tolerancia para evitar el estallido; al día siguiente, es la consigna de una firmeza imposible de aplicar con efectivos esqueléticos. Esta veleta política agota a unas tropas que ya están al borde de la ruptura psicológica. LA INCOMPETENCIA DEL GOBIERNO CENTRAL Se lee en esta incapacidad crónica para anticiparse. ¿Cómo explicar que los refuerzos lleguen siempre demasiado tarde, que los protocolos cambien al ritmo de los pánicos mediáticos de Madrid, dejando el terreno sin un mando claro ni una estrategia permanente? El Ministerio del Interior gestiona la crisis desde despachos climatizados a cientos de kilómetros, lejos de las porras gastadas, de los cascos demasiado pesados y de la angustia de estos funcionarios sacrificados en el altar de la diplomacia y del cálculo político. UNA DOBLE PENA PARA QUIENES SOSTIENEN LA LÍNEA Mientras el ejecutivo tergiversa y encadena comunicados tranquilizadores, los hombres y mujeres de uniforme se ahogan. Sufren la doble pena: el abandono de su jerarquía y la violencia de una situación inmanejable.
