Este post merece las siguientes reflexiones: 1.- Una vez más, sorprende que el Ministro de Justicia discrepe en público de las decisiones de un tribunal , en este caso, nada más ni nada menos, que del Ts. La discrepancia jurídica del Gobierno, a mi juicio, debe encauzarse a través de la Abogacía del Estado y por la vía de los recursos legalmente establecidos. 2.- No sorprende que el “apoyo” jurídico se busque en las dos asociaciones de jueces y fiscales gubernamentales, que son insignificantes cuantitativamente en el marco de la Carrera judicial, pero muy poderosas en el CGPJ y la FGE por aquella vinculación. 3.- Es lamentable la presión al Ts para que resuelva rápido el asunto. Creo que el TS debe darle el cauce normal y no anteponer este asunto a otros que sean anteriores. 4.- La prisas no son porque el Gobierno espere una resolución favorable del TS. Sabe perfectamente que no la va a tener. Las prisas vienen de que se cierre la vía jurisdiccional lo antes posible, para poder acceder al Tribunal Constitucional, “órgano amigo” que respaldará sin duda la tesis del Gobierno y para que todo eso se haga antes de los procesos electorales de 2027. 5.- Las reacciones virulentas del Gobierno y sus jueces y medios afines, contra la resolución cautelar del Tribunal Supremo permiten concluir, con extrema facilidad, que esto no va de nietos sino de votos. #Justicia #Derechos #Gobierno
