“My proposal for the position of prime minister is Luca Niculescu. Luca Niculescu is a diplomat, meaning a person whose profession is to harmonize positions. For the past four years, he has been involved in Romania's accession process to the OECD and in this capacity has worked with the institutions of the Romanian state, so he is someone who knows the Romanian state and has done four years of work that led to the drafting of a hundred normative acts with the agreement of the parliamentary parties.” President Nicușor Dan appointed Luca Niculescu, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to form the Government on Monday. #AlegeriAnticipate #GuvernulNiculescu #SOSRomânia (translated)
