We must continue to strengthen the defense of NATO's eastern flank, increase real defense capabilities, and ensure that the Alliance's defense plans are properly implemented." G. Nausėda emphasized that Italy is an important partner and ally of Lithuania in the European Union and NATO, and that the relationship between Lithuania and Italy is characterized by close political dialogue, active economic cooperation, and strong people-to-people ties. #GitanasNausėda #ItalijosApdovanojimas #EuroposSaugumas (translated)
