Cezary Kulesza, the president of PZPN, found himself in a difficult situation after the clear support of the players for the current coach Jan Urban, who was accused of incomprehensible decisions, making it challenging to potentially dismiss the coach. #JanUrban #PZPN #PiłkaNożna (translated)

Tomasz Włodarczyk informed that Jan Urban remains the coach for the November Nations League matches against Sweden and Romania. He reported that Cezary Kulesza told the Meczyki portal that a full analysis will be conducted after these matches, and a decision on further steps will be made later. Włodarczyk added that there was no scheduled meeting between Kulesza and Urban in the coming days. https://t.co/UtmxXsioqh #LigaNarodów #JanUrban #PolskaFutbol (translated)

Tomasz Włodarczyk criticized Jan Urban's decisions, pointing out that if the goal was to gradually build a new Polish national team, more than the poor results, he was troubled by the mistakes in the selection of solutions. He mentioned, among other things, the withdrawal from the position of Kiwior at left back, the sudden return to a three-defender formation, and the omission of Wiśniewski, the resignation from Puchacz, and the placement of Świderski on the wing both when wingers were available and when strikers were lacking. The author assessed that Urban, as a coach, should observe more, yet he repeated the mistakes made by his predecessors. He noted that young players, including Nowak and Potulski, did not disappoint during the camp, and the mistakes concerning Mońca, Gurgul, or Mazurek could be considered mitigating circumstances. He added that the national team forgives less than clubs and should not be a place for regularly testing solutions that are highly unlikely to work. Włodarczyk also accused Urban of not providing enough options in attack and left back through his selections. He reminded that Poland played four matches in eleven days, and the coach should consider injuries, suspensions, and the course of the matches. After the loss in a key game, he considered the lack of options for substitutions in attack to be a serious mistake; he pointed out that a strong striker good in the air could have been useful in recovering from a deficit. The author assessed that Urban had little time, but wanted him to be given a chance for correction in November, as the camp provided him with some concrete answers. He acknowledged that others might find this insufficient, while emphasizing that simply changing the coach would not solve the problems, especially if done hastily. #ReprezentacjaPolski #JanUrban #Futbol (translated)

Jan Urban, the coach of the Polish national team, stated after the defeat against Bosnia and Herzegovina that his team was wronged and deserved more, despite not being able to gain an advantage in the Nations League in recent matches. #ReprezentacjaPolski #JanUrban #PiłkaNożna (translated)

Filip Modrzejewski wrote that Jan Urban should be fired for reasons more serious than the results: in his opinion, the coach did not believe in the team and accepted its current situation. Modrzejewski assessed that even if Urban accurately described the potential of the team, such words did not help it build. He considered this narrative to be an alibi for the lack of a clear concept and intense searching, and dismissed the call for patience, arguing that the coach himself did not believe in the process. #JanUrban #piłkaNożna #wyniki (translated)

Marcin Torz wrote that according to information reaching him from Zenica, Jan Urban was supposed to say goodbye to the Polish national team. He assessed that it was difficult to be surprised after the disgrace, and despite the victory over Romania, the team did not provide hope. He called for radical changes. https://t.co/YeLozDKAfr #ReprezentacjaPolski #JanUrban #Zmiany (translated)
