Mark Carney wrote that 86 years ago, during a pivotal moment in World War II, the Greek people resisted fascism rather than surrendering, at the cost of considerable sacrifices for freedom. On the occasion of the Όχι Day, he said he joins the Greek communities in Canada and around the world to pay tribute to those who fought for freedom. #JournéeDuΌχι #liberté #histoire (translated)
