Actu Foot relayed the comments of Bixente Lizarazu, who acknowledged having heavily criticized Ousmane Dembélé in the French national team and believed that analyses often focused on the short term. He stated that the forward was a very good player and that his Ballon d'Or was not a coincidence. Lizarazu explained that Dembélé played at Paris Saint-Germain in a particular system, where he interpreted the role of center forward as desired by Luis Enrique. He added that Zidane had tried to place him in similar conditions in the national team by playing him in that position, without success. According to Lizarazu, however, the player was not being questioned and could produce such performances when he was confident. https://t.co/qbMIB6gYWO #OusmaneDembélé #PSG #Football (translated)

Actu Foot reported that Bixente Lizarazu believed Kylian Mbappé was very effective in front of goal but contributed little defensively. He suggested that this could explain Zinédine Zidane's decision to place him on the left side and align Ousmane Dembélé centrally. According to Lizarazu, Dembélé was particularly suited to the high pressing desired by Zidane, but a striker for the French team needed to score more. He stated that Zidane should be trusted to find the right formula during an interview broadcast on Téléfoot. https://t.co/Hx59gqsz4v #Mbappé #Dembélé #Bleus (translated)

Actu Foot praised Michael Olise's assist, a sequence by Lizarazu in the live commentary that he referred to as a "stroke," as well as the celebration of Cherki and Doué. The account concluded by thanking and credited the video to Téléfoot on TF1. https://t.co/5ygYlwwkiw #Football #Ligue1 #Sport (translated)

» 🎙️ Telefoot L’After #BallonDor #Football #KylianMbappe

🔴 Bixente Lizarazu : « 𝗝𝗘 𝗡𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗤𝗨𝗘‌ 𝗤𝗨𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗥𝗨𝗜𝗭 🇪🇸 𝗔𝗜𝗧 𝗖𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗡 𝗗'𝗢𝗥, 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗥𝗜 𝗔 𝗣𝗨 𝗟'𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗥 ! » 🎙 @telefoot_TF1 #BallonDor #Football #Champion

🚨 Bixente LIZARAZU 🇫🇷 : « Avec ce doublé Coupe du monde-Ligue des champions, JE METS FABIAN RUIZ 🇪🇸 TOP 3 BALLON D’OR 🌕. Je ne serais PAS SURPRIS SI IL EST NOMMÉ BALLON D’OR. » 👀 🎙️ @telefoot_TF1 https://t.co/R0Qllv85kY #BallonDor #Football #CoupeDuMonde

🚨 Bixente Lizarazu 🇫🇷 : « TU NE PEUX PAS DONNER LE BALLON D’OR À QUELQU’UN QUI N’A GAGNÉ AUCUN TROPHÉE ! » ❌ Vous êtes d’accord avec lui ? 👀 (@telefoot_TF1) https://t.co/nQrpxceP3x #BallonDor #Football #Sport
