Adrian Lozio quoted Piotr Szczypka, Mai Chwalińska's manager, for TVP Sport. Szczypka mentioned that coaches Kałuża and Machovsky sacrificed a lot for the athlete, working out of passion and without high salaries. He emphasized that they supported each other regardless of the situation, and Chwalińska did not give up. He added that it is now calmer, and they can focus on managing her career without the daily anxiety about future challenges. #MajaChwalińska #sport #trenerzy (translated)

Monika Zakrzewska wrote that Iga spoke as rarely and sparingly about health problems as she did about her private life, and she did not complain about ailments. She recalled that when asked by Żelek Żyżyński about a cold during the tournament, she replied, "I always have a runny nose." Regarding the fact that COVID was diagnosed in her after the loss to Kalińska, Tomasz Wiktorowski narrated, as Zakrzewska wrote, almost a year later in the program "8 Wspaniałych." She added that during the match with Rybakina in Rome, it was not known about Iga's injury, and before the match with Ann Li, there was no information about poisoning. Zakrzewska emphasized that Iga did not seek excuses for her game and rarely requested a physiotherapist on the court. In her opinion, this led to people commenting on the athlete, especially about her mental health, hastily accusing her. In the last match with Maja, as she assessed, it was evident that in the second set Iga did not have the strength to run, tried to play drop shots, and did not jump during the serve, yet she was still accused of bluffing. The author also wrote that no Polish athlete had previously evoked such strong emotions nor faced such extreme reactions — tremendous respect from some and incomprehension from others. She wondered whether Iga, at the start of her career, ever anticipated for a moment what misfortune she might bring upon herself. #IgaŚwiątek #tenis #sport (translated)

Andrea Venanzoni wrote that a hacker had taken over the profile of a public prosecutor and had published a single post, in which the expression "commissioner ad acta" appeared. He reported that the prosecutor had said he did not expect such an uproar. Venanzoni noted that it would be interesting to see how the report would develop at the police station and hoped for technical inquiries, in case one had been filed. He argued that reporting a fact that had never occurred would be disgraceful and pointed out that the penal code included and sanctioned similar cases, if the prerequisites were met. He added, however, that, in his opinion, this could not be the case, because the reference to "commissioner ad acta" showed that it was a real hacker. In an addendum, he wrote that the report had indeed been filed and concluded with "Best wishes." #hacker #cybersecurity #PM (translated)

Mia Doornaert clarified that her comment did not apply to all demonstrators. She was responding to a panel member who had said that young people were using violence to force reforms. According to Doornaert, this did not apply to a portion of the young people who rioted: during French riots, there were always groups that deliberately looted stores, taking electronics, fashionable sportswear, and cosmetics. She stated that these young people were not seeking reforms, but were actually undermining the genuine demonstrators. #betogingen #geweld #hervormingen (translated)

BarcaInfo wrote that Barcelona was entering the most important part of an intense match period, but injuries weakened the squad ahead of the match against Paris Saint-Germain. The author assessed that due to personnel issues, the match lost its attractiveness and that in the current situation, he would accept a draw. He pointed out that Barcelona faced a difficult opponent at Parc des Princes, whom he described as the current champions and one of the best-organized teams. BarcaInfo added that Hansi Flick must have had the upcoming El Clásico in the back of his mind, and the team could not afford any more injuries. In his opinion, they had to fight for a favorable result while also wisely managing their energy to maintain a high level of play in the Champions League. He expressed hope for Barcelona's victory. #LigaMistrzów #FCBarcelona #PSG (translated)
