Nabudowali tego od groma, nawyciskali PUM-u, hype na kurnik inwestycyjny się skończył, no a teraz nie ma kto kupić. Widzita, dlatego potrzebne są normy, minima i standardy. Narzucane przez państwo. W zdrowym kraju deweloper buduje "co chce rynek", ale o tym co ten rynek chce mówi mu gmina. Bo najwyraźniej skończy się to tak, że deweloperzy pobankrutują, ludzie i tak nie będą mieli oferty, a co zostanie to krajobraz miasta obsianego kurnikiem inwestycyjnym po horyzont.
