Szpital w Miastku 10 razy zawieszał chirurgię i odsyłał chorych pacjentów z kwitkiem, ale... w tym samym czasie szpital otwierał tylne drzwi i udostępniał salę operacyjną zewnętrznej spółce neurochirurgicznej. W samym 2024 r. wykonano tam co najmniej 458 zabiegów na oddziale, który był przecież "zamknięty". Spółka w rozliczeniach z NFZ wpisywała, że pacjent był hospitalizowany, ale jak to możliwe skoro szpital w tym czasie chirurgię przecież zamykał.
