Sui canali ucraini scrivono che Novorossijsk stanotte ha vissuto quello che centinaia di volte i russi hanno fatto ad Odessa. Il grande porto sul Mar Nero è stato fatto oggetto di un massiccio attacco di droni e missili, che secondo alcune fonti russe sarebbe durato ben 5 ore, durante il quale sono state prese di mira infrastrutture portuali, petrolifere e legate all’esportazione del grano. Per conoscere gli esiti dell’attacco bisognerà attendere. Di sicuro è stata colpita la società per azioni pubblica NKHP («Новороссийский комбинат хлебопродуктов», Novorossijskij kombinat chleboproduktov), un grande terminal portuale cerealicolo che riceve grano, legumi e semi oleosi via ferrovia e camion, li controlla in laboratorio, stocca e infine carica le navi destinate soprattutto all’export. NKHP dispone di due elevatori, banchine portuali profonde e infrastrutture ferroviarie e stradali interne. Le fonti pubbliche lo qualificano come uno dei maggiori complessi russi orientati all’export; la capacità riportata nelle fonti più aggiornate è nell’ordine di 300 mila tonnellate, e le banchine possono gestire navi fino a circa 72 mila tonnellate di portata lorda. In termini strategici, un attacco a questa struttura non equivale tanto a colpire la produzione agricola russa quanto a colpire un nodo della catena di esportazione: la capacità di accumulare, movimentare e spedire via Mar Nero cereali russi. Novorossijsk è infatti uno dei porti cardine dell’export agroalimentare della Federazione. L’attacco va peraltro inquadrato in un contesto di blocco di fatto dei porti del Mar D’Azov, attraverso il quale transita storicamente un quarto dell’export russo di cereali, e di conseguente sovraccarico degli scali di Novossijsk e Taman sul Mar Nero (che a luglio hanno dovuto già limitare l’accesso di camion in entrata), con effetti misurabili in termini di riduzione netta dell’export cerealicolo russo, stando ai dati del mese scorso. Gli attacchi ai porti del Mar Nero in combinazione col blocco di quelli dell’Azov puntano a mettere sotto pressione le rotte attraverso le quali transita oltre il 90% dell’intero export cerealicolo russo, che già risente anche degli attacchi alle navi e dell’aumento dei costi assicurativi. Un avvertimento molto chiaro al Cremlino a far cessare la guerra del grano nuovamente scatenata dalla Russia con gli attacchi sferrati contro il porto di Odessa. #Novorossijsk #Ucraina #guerra_del_grano
