W Niemczech zarabiając więcej brutto można netto zarabiać mniej. Przy 2000 eur brutto małżeństwo z dwójką dzieci ma do dyspozycji 2350 eur. Przy 5000 eur brutto ma 2650 eur. Niby zarabiasz 3 tys. eur więcej, ale na rękę zostanie ci tylko 300 eur więcej. Najciekawsze, że przy 4 tys eur. brutto, będziesz miał netto ok. 50 eur więcej niż przy 5 tys. Spokojnie - to tylko niemieckie absurdy rynku pracy i socjalizm w praktyce - żeby wszyscy mieli po równo, a ci co pracują więcej mieli nawet mniej od tych co pracują mniej. Potwierdzam - wielokrotnie na te tematy rozmawiałem z rodziną: mam dwójkę rodzeństwa i jeszcze 11 kuzynów z niemieckim obywatelstwem - dla sporej ich części niemiecki jest pierwszym językiem*. Mój brat np. w ogóle nie bierze w pracy płatnych nadgodzin, chociaż jego pracodawca wielokrotnie potrzebuje, ale dla niego każdy dodatkowy zarobek wiąże się z utratą czasu, co oczywiste, oraz dodatkowych środków (przekroczy pułap umożliwiający dopłaty do mieszkania). Po co ma tracić czas, żeby netto zarabiać mniej. Nie za godzinę mniej, TYLKO W OGÓLE. Kuzynka pracująca w urzędzie pracy przy aktywizacji bezrobotnych wielokrotnie opowiadała, że nie opłaca się iść do pracy za minimalne stawki, bo przy stracie zasiłków i całego szeregu dopłat okazuje się finalnie, że różnica pomiędzy pracą a nie pracą jest 150 eur miesięcznie (wiedzieliście, że urząd pracy daje zasiłek "na kulturę" w wysokości 40 eur msc, ale trzeba udokumentować, więc większość wydaje na 2 serwisy streamingowe 🤣). Niewielu osobom się chce za dodatkowe 150 eur pracować po 168h miesięcznie. Konkluzja - nie we wszystkim trzeba Niemców naśladować, a w ostatnich latach to najlepiej wcale. * możecie wyzywać od volksdeutschów - przyzwyczaiłem się; tylko że ja w wieku 22 lat odrzuciłem niemiecki paszport wybierając TYLKO polski. I macie też odpowiedź na pytanie czemu tak często piszę o Niemczech - chciałbym wierzyć że moja decyzja o pozostaniu Polakiem i w Polsce kiedyś znajdzie też uzasadnienie ekonomiczne, nie tylko patriotyczne - więc dla mnie ich prześcignięcie to jest z serii - MUSI SIĘ WYDARZYĆ 💪. #Niemcy #rynekpracy #ekonomia
