🚨🚨💣 BREAKING! HUGE INVESTIGATION by @lequipe around Mohamed “Momo” Sanhadji, the trusted man and head of security for the Blues for over 20 years. The charges against him are DISTURBING. 🥶😳 He is being prosecuted for corruption, influence peddling, fraud, and money laundering. He is suspected of having taken advantage of his vast network in football to obtain money and numerous personal benefits. The (non-exhaustive) list is crazy: 👉🏾 He allegedly received over €300,000 from several French internationals between 2020 and 2024, not to mention the vacations offered and other in-kind benefits. 👉🏾 To finance the purchase of a house, he reportedly solicited around fifteen players and former players, explaining that he was experiencing financial difficulties. To several of them, he assured that they were the only ones he was asking for help. 👉🏾 In total, €215,000 has been loaned to him: • Kylian Mbappé, via Fayza Lamari: €120,000 • Raphaël Varane: €20,000 • Sabri Lamouchi: €20,000 • Laurent Blanc: €20,000 • Yann M'Vila: €15,000 • Mattéo Guendouzi: €7,500 👉🏾 Fayza Lamari also reportedly paid €7,000 for dental expenses for Mohamed Sanhadji. 👉🏾 “Momo” also accompanied Kylian Mbappé and his mother on their private trip to Cameroon in the summer of 2023. His presence raised eyebrows within the police as the trip had nothing to do with the French team and was outside of his official duties. 👉🏾 Franck Ribéry reportedly offered him a stay in Sicily worth €6,000 after Sanhadji facilitated the obtaining of documents in Algeria for some of his relatives. 👉🏾 Djibril Sidibé, Nabil Fekir, Moussa Sissoko, and Bacary Sagna were also reportedly solicited for money or benefits. 👉🏾 Hugo Lloris, Patrick Vieira, Willy Sagnol, Nicolas Anelka, and other big names in French football were also approached to lend him money. 👉🏾 The investigation has already led to searches at the FFF and at Fayza Lamari's. Mohamed Sanhadji is now under judicial control and is prohibited from associating with the football world. He avoided pre-trial detention by paying a bail of €80,000, spread over several months... #Football #Corruption #Enquête (translated)
