Za nedoločen čas je bila kot vodja Sektorja za pravne in mednarodne energetske zadeve na direktoratu za energetiko zaposlena že pred nastopom funkcije državne sekretarke v prejšnji vladi. Po prenehanju funkcije se je 28. maja 2026 skladno z 28. členom Zakona o funkcionarjih vrnila na prejšnje delovno mesto. Njena vrnitev je torej izhajala iz veljavne zakonodaje in predhodno sklenjenega delovnega razmerja. Osebno sem seznanjen z njenim nezakonitim delovanjem v postopkih, povezanih s kanalom C0, kar je ugotovilo tudi Upravno sodišče. Zakonitost in strokovne odgovornosti jemljem resno, saj so ključna za zaupanje javnosti v delo ministrstva. Zato bo omenjena javna uslužbenka tudi morala sprejeti odgovornost. V tem mandatu ne bo prevzela nobene od ključnih strateških vlog, niti ne bo sodelovala pri sprejemanju najpomembnejših strateških odločitev resorja.
