Mans paziņojums par airBaltic Šodien “airBaltic” ASV tiesā uzsāk finanšu saistību restrukturizāciju Chapter 11 procesa ietvaros. Šoreiz mēs nepērkam vēl dažus mēnešus aviokompānijas dzīvības uzturēšanai. Mēs sākam risināt problēmas pēc būtības. Jāatzīst, ka sarunas ar obligāciju turētājiem nevirzījās uz priekšu. Vairāki investori, kuri obligācijas biržā bija iegādājušies aptuveni par 70 procentiem no to nominālvērtības, vairāk paļāvās uz “airBaltic” likvidāciju un ieķīlāto aktīvu atgūšanu, nevis uzņēmuma restrukturizāciju. Tika piedāvāts vēl viens aizdevums līdz 257 miljoniem eiro ar 25 % gada likmi. Tas varētu nodrošināt uzņēmumam naudu tuvākajam laikam, taču neatrisinātu ne iepriekš uzkrāto parādu, ne lidmašīnu nomas saistību problēmu. Tādēļ es nepieņēmu šo piedāvājumu kā ilgtermiņa risinājumu. “Chapter 11” ir ASV tiesas uzraudzīta finanšu restrukturizācija, kas ļauj “airBaltic” turpināt lidojumus, vienlaikus pārstrukturējot parādus un nomas līgumus un piesaistot darbībai nepieciešamo finansējumu. Vienkārši sakot, tas ir aizsargvairogs, kas uzņēmumam dod laiku un tiesisku aizsardzību pret kreditoru prasībām, lai vadība varētu īstenot pilnu restrukturizācijas plānu. Tas vēl nenozīmē, ka visas “airBaltic” problēmas ir atrisinātas. Taču šis ir viens no labākajiem pašlaik iespējamajiem risinājumiem, lai nodrošinātu uzņēmuma dzīvotspēju un dotu tam iespēju nostāties uz savām kājām. Procesa īstenošanai “airBaltic” ir saņēmusi finansētāju apņemšanos nodrošināt 350 miljonu eiro jaunu finansējumu ar 12 % likmi. Gatavību finansēt ir apliecinājuši tādi starptautiski finanšu tirgus dalībnieki kā bankas “Morgan Stanley”, “Barclays”, un privātie finansētāji “Hayfin Capital Management”, “Oaktree Capital” un “Strategic Value Partners”. Tas ir nozīmīgs un pozitīvs uzticības signāls. Vienlaikus esmu uzdevis Satiksmes Ministrijai atslepenot ar “airBaltic” saistītos ierobežotas pieejamības valdības dokumentus, lai sabiedrībai beidzot būtu pieejama pilnīga informācija par uzņēmumā pieņemtajiem lēmumiem, izlietoto valsts naudu un šo lēmumu sekām. Svarīgākā ziņa pasažieriem - “airBaltic” turpina darbu, lidmašīnas turpina lidot, bet iegādātās biļetes ir derīgas. Šis vēl nav finišs un nav uzvaras paziņojums. Taču beidzot ir sākts process, kas “airBaltic” problēmas risina pēc būtības. #airBaltic #finanšuRestrukturizācija #aviācija
