Tieši viņu histēriskais tonis ir tas, kāpēc vispār šo komentēšu. Vienīgais, ka, atšķirībā no PRO & co, es neesmu tikai dzirdējis par kaut kādu vēstuli no “Panorāmas” nostāsta bez satura vai atsaucēm - pārzinu vēstules saturu un kontekstu. Vispirms par metodi, kas jāizskauž no Latvijas politikas. Ikreiz, kad kādam neizdevīga vai nepatīkama izrādās kāda politiska lēmuma pieņemšana, tiek izspēlēta viena un tā pati kārts - “sabiedrotie apvainosies”, “sabiedrotie aizies”. To dzirdējām, kad apsvērām Latvijas izstāšanos no Otavas konvencijas - šie paši personāži, kas šodien raud par Dombravas vēstuli Spānijai, draudēja, ka Kanāda pārskatīs savu NATO klatbūtni Latvijā. Tagad - spāņi. Šī retorika nav nekādas rūpes par drošību, tā ir sabiedroto uzticamības diskreditēšana savu politisko punktiņu iegūšanai - it kā mūsu NATO partneri būtu frivoli un kaprīzi diletanti, kas savas saistības pret Latviju nosaka pēc tā, kā viņiem patīk kāda ministra vēstule citam ministram. Ja kāds patiešām tā domā par Spāniju vai Kanādu - tas ir apvainojums viņiem, nevis Dombravam. Par saturu, kuru neviens no kliedzējiem nav lasījis, bet zina visu tik labi, lai komentētu. Vēstule nav ultimāts un nerada Latvijai nekādas jaunas saistības - tieši pretēji, tajā ir izteikta solidaritāte ar Spāniju par cietušajiem Seutā, piedāvāta tehniskā palīdzība un pieredze, ko Latvija guvusi piecu gadu hibrīdkara apstākļos pie Baltkrievijas robežas. Tas sasaucas tieši ar to, ko valdības pārstāvji janvārī teica Saeimas ārpolitikas debatēs: Latvija ir gatava dalīties pieredzē solidaritātes mehānisma ietvaros, taču jaunus migrantus neuzņemsim un par tiem nemaksāsim. Vēstulē arī nosaukts pats problēmas kodols - vairāk nekā pusmiljona nelegālo migrantu legalizācija Spānijā, ko Latvija pamatoti neuzskata par tikai Spānijas iekšlietu jautājumu, jo šī lēmuma sekas skars visu Šengenas zonu. Latvija nupat arī pievienojās 22 ES valstu līderu vēstulei ar aicinājumu uz koordinētu rīcību šīs krīzes risināšanai - tajā pašā laikā, kad Itālija, Somija un Dānija atklāti pieprasīja Spānijas izslēgšanu no Šengenas zonas. 22 ES valstu līderi brīdināja tieši par to pašu - ka nelegālo migrantu legalizācija radījusi signālu, ka nelikumīga ieceļošana var pārtapt par likumīgu uzturēšanos. Pati par sevi ES dalībvalsts ministra vēstule citas valsts ministram nav nekas neparasts - iekšlietu resori Eiropā regulāri sazinās un formulē savā starpā - tā ir ikdienas prakse, ne skandāls. Un pēdējais. Šī vēstule radās uz pamata, ko mantojumā atstājusi iepriekšējā valdība - deviņus mēnešus politiskā līmenī neatrisināts migrantu solidaritātes mehānisma jautājums ES migrācijas pakta ietvaros. Tā ir tieša bijušā iekšlietu ministra Kozlovska neizdarība. Visdrīzāk rudenī Latvijai būs jāveic maksājumi tieši tāpēc, ka Kipra, Grieķija, Itālija un Spānija nav gribējušas Latvijas piedāvāto alternatīvo (tehnisko) atbalstu - jo šis jautājums nekad nav bijis pacelts politiskā līmenī. Dombrava to beidzot izdarīja ar šīs vēstules palīdzību. Atgādināšu, ka starptautiskajā diplomātijā šādu savstarpējo amatpersonu darba saraksti nav pieņemts publicēt. Ja vien tā nav apzināti politizēta vai nopludināta. Te nu katrs var spekulēt par iemesliem un to, kā šī informācija nonāca pie medijiem. Šādi PRO savus nesmukumus ar Rasimas lietu aizskalot aizmirstībā neizdosies. #Latvija #NATO #politika
