Des membres du personnel accusent également la direction d’entretenir un climat "toxique" et de pousser vers la sortie ceux qui contestent son fonctionnement. Un rapport de 2020, fondé sur 75 entretiens, alertait déjà sur d’importants risques psychosociaux et faisait état de salariés ayant exprimé des "idées suicidaires en relation avec les conditions de travail". Après plusieurs signalements, le rectorat a mené des contrôles en mars, dont les conclusions n’ont pas encore été communiquées.
