Myślę o tym za każdym razem kiedy muszę przepuścić pieszego. A zwłaszcza kiedy jadąc ciężarówką z kilkoma tonami załadunku muszę zatrzymać się przed przejściem dla pieszych. Ten przepis jest najgorszy ze wszystkich. Gorszy niż podatki. Na podatki wystarczy więcej zarabiać a tego zatrzymania się nie unikniesz, bo łatwo stracić prawo jazdy. Do tego jest wbrew środowisku - bo zwiększa emisje spalin do środowiska i jest przeciwko gospodarce - bo pochłania czas pracy kierowców który jest ograniczony. Większość pieszych nie jest w pracy, nie ma płacone za przechodzenie na przejściu dla pieszych więc nie obciążałoby swoim kilkunastusekundowym czekaniem budżetu pracodawcy. Kierowcy zatrzymujący się na pasach obciążają budżety pracodawców. Do tego dochodzą newralgiczne punkty, jak przejścia przy dużych instytucjach, albo szkołach na zjazdach z ronda. Idzie cała rozciągnięta masa ludzi, kierowca musi poczekać dłużej, za nim stają inni którzy chcą zjechać z ronda i rondo się blokuje wraz ze zjazdami z niego we wszystkich kierunkach. Ten przepis w wolnym kraju jest do likwidacji. Dodam że jestem tu konsekwentny - jak jako pieszy widzę np. Autobus który zbliża się do pasów i ja też się do nich zbliżam to staje 3 metry od pasów i pokazuje gestem żeby jechał.
