💧Prší❗ ➡Na západě a severozápadě Čech konečně prší, je tu ale jeden háček. ❓Háček je v tom, že v přízemní vrstvě atmosféry cca do 2 km se nachází suchý vzduch. Slabší srážky se tak před dopadem na zem mohou vypařit. Při pohledu na meteorologický radar tak mohou být i silnější modré odrazy matoucí - vypadá to, že prší, ale ve skutečnosti neprší. ➡Hezky je to vidět na měření z ceilometrů, které měří vertikální odrazivost v atmosféře (na snímku níže data z ceilometru v Plzni). Srážky se vyskytují ve výšce kolem 2 km nad zemí, ale než dopadnou na povrch, vypaří se. ➡Přikládáme i porovnání radarových produktů Zmax a CAPPI 2 km. Zatímco první z nich není v těchto situacích moc reprezentativní, ten druhý vykazuje lepší výsledky. Nezobrazuje totiž maximální odrazivost ve sloupci atmosféry, ale jen v konstatní výšce 2 km. ➡V silných odrazech (žlutá a oranžová barva) ale i v případě suché vrstvy prší víceméně vždy a přejeme tedy obyvatelům Karlovarského kraje konečně slabý déšť. #Počasí #Meteorologie #Srážky
