Hans Jönsson shared an Instagram post where Gunnar Strömmer wrote that he had met Johan Zedig, the father of police officer and family man Christian Zedig. According to Strömmer, Christian had been killed during a football match in Copenhagen last summer, and the man who delivered the fatal blow had recently been sentenced to one year in prison by a Danish court. Strömmer described the sentence as far too lenient and wrote that it did not correspond to the seriousness of the crime or the family's loss. He stated that Johan Zedig had reacted strongly to the ruling on social media and received sympathy from the outside world. Zedig had also requested a meeting with the Prime Minister of Denmark, Mette Fredriksen, who, according to Strömmer, had responded that she would contact him. Strömmer wrote that he had a dialogue with his Danish counterpart, Nicolai Wammen, who had publicly expressed his dismay over the case several times and after the ruling said that Danish legislation would be reviewed. He thanked Johan Zedig for the meeting and wrote that his actions had made politicians in Denmark and Sweden listen. #brott #rättvisa #sorg (translated)

Sofie Löwenmark criticized a segment in Ekot and wrote that the information about a family accidentally ending up in Gaza after a detour from a vacation trip to Egypt, and then being stranded there due to COVID, was not true. She referred to the fact that the father had previously openly stated that the family emigrated and moved to Gaza in 2019 because he wanted them to live there after several years in exile. Löwenmark wrote that it might seem nitpicky, but she believed that such rewritings occurred far too often. https://t.co/wpqcz3w5hS https://t.co/C16BbvbxT6 #Gaza #Media #Sanning (translated)
