Samo spomnimo se celjskega višjega sodnika, mislim, da se piše Kmet, ki je pred časom v svoji obrazložitvi za ponovno sojenje pedofilu, dedku deklice, obrazložil, da bi obtoženec moral “zaslišati obremenilno pričo”, na sodišču.
