Funkcjonariusze ocenili, że mężczyzna potrzebuje pomocy medycznej i wezwali pogotowie. W toku ustaleń powzięła podejrzenie, iż w mieszkaniu opisywanego przez nią mężczyzny mogą znajdować się środki psychoaktywne. Lokal przeszukano z udziałem psa służbowego wyszkolonego do wykrywania narkotyków oraz technika kryminalistyki. Czynności rejestrowano kamerą. W toku przeszukania nie ujawniono środków odurzających. Po przeszukaniu mieszkanie zabezpieczono plombami."
