Stále se zabývám volebním "podvodem" ze šedé zóny ústavnosti v podání hnědé čtyřkoalice SPD a slibuji, že to nenechávám a nenechám jen tak. Víte, jak by vypadalo dnes rozložení mandátů, kdyby se hnědá 4koalice férově označila za koalici? 1) SPD by se vůbec nedostala do sněmovny. Žádný Okamura, David, Foldyna, Rajchl, mladý Vondráček, žádná Majerová, žádný Radim Fiala, žádný Hrnčíř. Na 11% by nedosáhli. 2) Po rozdělení mandátů by koalice ANO + Motoristé neměli většinu ve Sněmovně. Měli by 98 křesel. Andrej Babiš by musel - pokud by chtěl vládnout, zkusit menšinovou vládu nebo do koalice vzít někoho dalšího. A už vidím, jak se do toho hrnou Piráti, SPOLU nebo STAN. Možná by mohl zkusit vládnout s tolerancí některé z demokratických stran, což by způsobilo zcela jistě významné ústupky v Programovém prohlášení. 3) Okamura i Babiš by byli vydáni trestnímu stíhání a pravděpodobně by nemohli využít svou poslaneckou imunitu, která dělá ve 21. století z poslanců nadlidi. Žaloba, kterou podával Volt k Ústavnímu soudu směřovala na výrok o obejití volebního zákona nepřiznáním koalice. To nepochybně je legitimní a všem je jasné, že to hnědá SPD koalice udělala proto, aby dostala všechny české prominentní maločeské ruské dezoláty do Sněmovny. A tak na to půjdeme trochu jinak 😉Nebudu nic prozrazovat, abych jim neumožnil přípravu obrany. Ale modelování důsledků do transparentnosti volebního systému a do zákonodárného procesu lidmi, kteří tam být nemají, je nabíledni. A jak je vidět, tento volební "podvod" hnědé 4koalice pro Putina ovlivnil na 4 roky v této zemi naprosto všechno. Případ uzavřen není. Těšte se. #volby #politika #českárepublika
