We spend so much time asking children what they scored. Perhaps we should spend more time asking: What did you learn? What challenged you? How did you grow? The qualities that impress me most are rarely found on a report card... although I have worked with students who achieved top ranks, exceptional ATAR/GPA/Band results and outstanding academic outcomes. Qualities that a learner should have are... Curiosity. Resilience. Integrity. The courage to keep learning. Those are the traits that create meaningful lives. Education, for me, has never been about producing perfect scores. It has always been about shaping minds that think and people who continue to grow. #Education #FounderThoughts #AsketaAcademy
