The Urengoy - Uzhhorod pipeline - construction took place from 1982 to 1984. 2. How can you confuse consumption with production? Annual demand is 4-5 billion m³, while gas consumption was 9-10 billion m³ during the period 1990-1995 (I refer you to Przemysław Kątny, "Trends in Primary Fuel Consumption in Poland from 1989 to 2000," 2003). 3.
