Zen said that by 8:40 he had organized the work of his small team on Slack, which published videos for AI brands almost daily. He mentioned that Viktor, an AI employee integrated into Slack, detected that a brand had moved its launch to 6:00 PM — the email arrived at 2:07 AM — and that the draft was ready; additionally, two of the seven postings for the week still had not been approved, one since Friday. He also pointed out that Monday's video exceeded its average by 2.4 times and had a 48-hour report prepared, while that day's video lasted 1:11 even though the request set a maximum of 50 seconds. Viktor asked him about the overlap between two posts scheduled for 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Zen said he moved the second to the next day at 12:00 PM and requested to send a reminder and trim the video; at 4:52 PM, the brand approved it, and the post was scheduled. Zen asked his readers whether they checked their email or calendar first in the morning, and promoted a free trial of Viktor with $100 in credits and no credit card required. The post was identified as paid collaboration. #IA #Productividad #Slack (translated)
