This weekend, on the occasion of Heritage Days, our territory told the same story everywhere in the district: that of a living heritage. In Marsillargues, it is written in the restored stones of the castle of Guillaume de Nogaret, in the Land of Gold following the footsteps of the counts of Melgueil. In La Grande-Motte, it takes the bold form of an architecture that has become emblematic. And this story continues to be written thanks to volunteers and through our traditions: at the Pescalunades of Lunel, where the eel, a symbol of our ponds and culinary identity, was honored on the plates, as well as at the Autumn Festivities of Mudaison, which celebrate our local producers and the richness of our land. So many events where I always enjoy meeting you to share and pass on what makes the soul of our territory. (translated)
